What are Awakened Almonds™?

Awakened Almonds™ are raw organic almonds, soaked overnight in pure water, initiating germination and helping reduce enzyme inhibitors that make all nuts hard to digest. Soaked almonds are also referred to as sprouted, but since the tiny nib-sprout is unseen, we prefer the term soaked. After soaking we rinse our almonds in a mild salt bath, using non-iodized Celtic sea salt, and dehydrate at 114° until they reach the perfect crunchiness. Enjoy our Awakened Almonds™ whenever you want a locally-made, delicious, nutritious snack abounding with all the virtues of a good nut: protein, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, and fiber.
